My order has arrived damaged. What can I do?

Thanks a lot for your order. We apologize for this inconvenience. All of our products are packaged carefully, but in some very rare cases, a product might arrive damaged. Please contact our customer support immediately and send a photo showing the damage of the ashtray. We will replace the item and resend it to the address you provided in your order. I have a coupon code. How can I apply it on my purchase?

Which ashtrays are suitable for outdoors?

Some ashtrays are more suitable for outdoors than others. For outdoors a lot of people prefer an ashtray equipped with a lid. While this is not necessarily needed for everyone, in the case of strong wind it prevents the ash from flying away. This depends on the material as well as the design of the ashtray. While all ashtrays are generally easy to clean, some materials like wood may retain a burned smell even after cleaning.
